ZF1011 Magnetic Lockable Gate Valve – Tamper-Proof Shut-Off for Water Meter & Utility Applications
The Coliter® ZF1011 Magnetic Lockable Gate Valve is a high-security, lead-free brass valve designed to prevent unauthorized operation in residential water meter leads, building risers, and public utility infrastructure. It features a proprietary magnetic locking mechanism that requires a dedicated magnetic key for opening or closing—eliminating tampering risks without external locks or caps. Constructed from forged HPb59-1 or CW617N brass with a resilient rubber wedge seal, it ensures bubble-tight shut-off and full-port flow. Compliant with WRAS, ACS, and GB/T 17241 standards for potable water safety, the ZF1011 operates at PN16 (1.6 MPa) and temperatures from 0°C to 90°C.
