Coliter ® PPR Double Union Ball Valve – PN20, Lead-Free Brass Core
QF2007 PPR Double Union Ball Valve – Lead-Free Brass Core with Full PP-R Body for Hot & Cold Water Systems
The Coliter® QF2007 PPR Double Union Ball Valve is a fully integrated valve designed for polypropylene (PP-R) piping systems in residential and commercial hot and cold potable water applications. It features a **pure PP-R body on both ends** with **double union connections**, enabling easy installation, future maintenance, or replacement without cutting the pipeline. The internal shut-off mechanism uses a **lead-free brass ball core** with PTFE seals, ensuring full-port flow, bubble-tight sealing, and smooth quarter-turn operation. Rated at PN20 (2.0 MPa) at 20°C and suitable for continuous service up to 95°C, it complies with ISO 15874 and GB/T 15564 standards. Ideal for underfloor heating manifolds, solar water systems, and drinking water networks where corrosion-free, long-life performance and serviceability are essential.
